From the City Centre
1. Come out of the city centre along the Hotwells Road , Take the A4 (the Portway) towards Avonmouth.
2. Travel about 2 Miles and at the Second set of traffic lights, turn right onto Sylvan Way.
3. Turn left at the next set of traffic Lights.
4. Follow the road to the top of the hill and go under the green Iron footbridge.
5. Take the next left turn into Kings Weston Lane.
6. The entrance to Kings Weston House can be found approx 300 yards from this junction on the left hand side, opposite Napier Miles Road.
7. Inside the stone gate piers you are likely to be met by 2 black bollards (they are usually down between 08:00 and 16:00 and for large functions).
8. If they are up, please announce yourself at the intercom on the right hand side of the drive and they will be lowered to enable you to enter.
9. As an individual, you can park at the rear of the house.
From the M5
1. Leave the M5 at Junction 18. Take the A4 (the Portway) towards Bristol Airport.
2. Approximately 2 miles at second set of traffic lights (not including the pedestrian crossing) turn left onto Sylvan way.
3. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights.
4. Follow the road to the top of the hill and go under the green iron footbridge.
5. Take the next left turn into Kings Weston Lane.
6. The entrance to Kings Weston House can be found 300 yards from this junction on the left hand side.
7. Inside the stone gate piers, you are likely to be met by 2 black bollards (they are usually down between 08:00 and 16:00, and for large functions).
8. If they are up there is an intercom on the right hand side of the drive where you can announce yourself and have the bollards lowered.
9. As an individual you can use the car park at the rear of the house. |
